For three days, Siena was the center of the wine world thanks to the seventh edition of the Wine Siena event conceived by the Patron of the Merano Wine Festival Helmuth Köcher and the president of Confcommercio Siena Stefano Bernardini. The event, which kicked off many of the events that will take place in the region, was a marriage between artistic and oenological beauties, as it took place in the beautiful settings of the Palazzo Comunale, the Grand Hotel Continental Siena Starhotels Collezione and Palazzo Squarcialupi at Santa Maria della Scala, which saw the celebration of excellences awarded by The WineHunter Award. Excellent attendance of participants at the event both for tastings and for talks and masterclasses. A total of 129 producers present and 460 wines for tasting.

Chianti Classico Docg 2019
100% Sangiovese. Bright ruby red color, on the nose it presents fruity aromas of fresh black cherries and nuances of small red fruits, light violet scents and pronounced balsamic notes. On the palate, it expresses excellent acidity and a savory finish, the tannins are young and well-integrated, the sip is agile and prolonged. A wine that can be enjoyed immediately with a medium-long aging perspective.
